Wash Systems Australia designed and supplied a 4WD Wheel Wash System, complete with a containerized pump station. The wash system supplied was a MobyDick ConLine Kit Flex 400C capable of washing over 150 vehicles per day. The system consists of hot-dip galvanised, water-carrying wash unit with splash protection walls on both sides. The splash protection walls have triple nozzle bars on both sides at a minimum length of 4.0m made from galvanised steel, each nozzle is 7mm in size and working on an oscillating function, low-pressure high-volume output. The wash elements are designed to withstand an axle load of up to 15 tonnes.

This solution utilises a recycle tank with the water circulating in a closed loop circuit, that has a scraper conveyor that collects the combined solids (via injection of the flocculent system). The scraper conveyor is used with a flocculent dosing system to provide an alternative to in-situ site construction techniques.
